Jackson Parr
Founder and CEO
Jackson is currently a senior at the Evergreen State College studying business with a focus on budgeting and money management. He will be graduating spring 2024.
With a background in accounting courses at the community college level Jackson is also pursuing his CMA certificate in conjunction with his BA. Jackson hopes to use his knowledge of accounting and other financial literacy topics to empower people to make more informed financial decisions and in turn positively change people’s lives personally and financially.
Avery McDonald
CFO
19-year-old aspiring business leader and Shudokan karate black belt, Avery is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree at Evergreen State College. Specializing in finance, he's dedicated to earning his CMA.
As a co-founder of the Financial Freedom Association, he empowers his community with essential financial knowledge, leveraging both his expertise in finance and the discipline he's cultivated through years of martial arts training.
Molly Packer
CCO
Both the Chief Communication Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer at the Financial Freedom Association. As one of the company's co-founders, Molly exudes profound passion for democratizing financial literacy, ensuring its accessibility to all.
Sean Sellers
CCO / CIO
Sean is a senior at the Evergreen State College. With a foundation in Computer Science he is a co-finder and serves as the CIO as well as curriculum developer and presenter for the FFA. While finishing he's Bachelors he is also studying for the CMA accreditation.
Sean has a passion for helping those starting over in their lives. He aims to help them learn how to live a life as free from debt as possible, gain a better understanding of how to live within their means, and have a plan for retirement.
Jacob Colby
CMO
With his background in digital media Jacob is working to make FFA one of the PNW's most well known non profits. Jacob is also working towards helping FFA make strong connections with other local businesses, as well as gain sponsors to allow FFA's workshops to be of the highest quality.
Jacobs personal vision aligns with our shared vision because he wants to give people the courage and resources they need reach their full potential.
